Dipsy's Slim Fast Diary

    Hi guys,

    I am starting slim fast tomorrow, I have been on every diet under the sun and joined cambridge again this week but I have to give up on it, I just cant do it and I end up bingeing so im coming to slim fast!!

    I am planning on:

    Breakfast- Slim fast choc bar - 200
    Lunch- Slim fast shake- 300
    Snack - Fruit or Yoghurt - 100
    Tea - Normal Meal - 600

    Total 1200cals per day

    I have a lot of weight to lose so its not going to be an overnight fix but im going to battle away.
