Disapointed this week :-(

Very disapointed this week only lost 1lb :sigh: i know it was my time of the month but still annoys me. I have lost another inch off my waist so i know i havnt stayed the same but its guttering only seeing 1 point. Any im out tonight so i bed i end up putting on next week. Aghhh im just annoyed.

I'd a mediocre couple of weeks. It evens itself out over time though, so don't worry about it - it'll come off if you stick with it.

awww hun x keep at it....my scales havent moved and neither has my waist measurement since i started....i laugh at my tape measure now.....im sure its a comedy one lol....but on the plus side i think my muffin tops are shrinking....but i dont measure them ;o/
