im on my second week now,but i dont think ive done very good, bit worried about the way in on wednesday. Chocolate got the better of me im afraid :eek:(

That's a great weightloss slowly is the way to keep it off for life, just think how much 1.5pm a week adds up too on a year

I know it may not seem like a lot but just remember - a dripping tap still fills a bath - or something like that lol x x don't be hard on yourself 1.5 is a fantastic loss.
