only lost 1lb (tho im sure its 2 accoring to my calculations but hey ho)

i wasnt expecting a huge weight loss due to TOTM after having my pill get a bit screwed by the diet but my clothes are a lot looser than they were so i guess i was expecting more

hopefully it will show next week as ive been 100%

Don't be disheartened u prob retaining water if it's totm u will see it next week xxx
