Went off plan big time this weekend and feel so disappointed with myself :(

I could kick myself but am going to be 100% all this week to try and undo the damage.

I have got my holidays in June and feel so demotivated now. Im thinking the only way for me to lose a stone is to chop one of my legs off!! Soooooooo mad with myself!

You wont be able to kick yourself if you chop off one of your legs, unless you are incredibly flexible!! :D

I dont know when exactly in June you plan to go away but its only January now. You have about 2 weeks of January left, and then all of february, march, april and may before June even gets here. Thats about 19 weeks before June even gets here. If you really stick to plan 100% theres no reason you shouldnt be at your target or close enough for it not to matter.

Dont be disheartened, just draw a line under the weekend, try to plan for future such events, maybe keep a few syns back if the weekends are a more indulgent time, and move on from it.

You can do it! Your goal is not unreasonable. But if you dont try, you will never know, will you?

Don't let one weekend get you down. We all have times like this and yes he does pee us off but today is a new day & can be the start of a fab new food optimising week.

Thanks MrsWilsoncroft - I have put my food diary on day 1 and will go forward from today. Luckily I had a good week last week so hopefully havent undone all my loss... Gonna be brave and get on the scales in the morning xx

Sometimes If I have had a bad day I have plenty of superspeed foods to try and make up for it, it doesn't always work but sometimes the gain is not as bad as I think it is when I then get weighed lol.

i had a night out on sat night and its cost me 1lb :( :( But that will disapear quickly...like you...back on plan 100%!! Wine is evil stuff...but oh so good!! :) xx

Thanks everybody I have been for a 3 hour hike today and been very careful with my food. A couple more days being good and I'm sure I can cancel out the damage.

Weigh-in should have been today but I chickened out. Am going to get on the scales tomorrow and update my weight regardless.

Silvermaneuk I will alter my signature too.

Bubbles you are so right - wine is very evil ha ha. My favorite saying is 'inside of me there is a slim person waiting to get out ...but I keep sedating her with white wine'. Soooooooo me ;x)

Mrs Wilsoncroft I don't know what superspeed foods are but will search on the site.
