At the moment, I'm really disheartened. I've just had my 810 week and STS! I abided by the portion sizes correctly and was 100% so I don't understand why I didn't lose. Feeling sad as I intended to use 810 to lose my remaining stone when I finished SS and now I'm worried I won't lose anything on 810. It's also made me worry even more about working up the steps. If I can't lose on 810, then how will I maintain on 1500? Sorry for the rant, just feeling really down.

    Was Cambridge, now maintaining
You will lose on 810. Sometimes it takes a week for the body to adjust. Annoying though isn't it.:hug99:

    Keep the faith ;)

I've been 100% (as per) the last week and not lost a bean this week although my clothes are bigger!

    Measure yourself :)

    Hey hon,
Wow I cant believe you are on your 810 week already where has the time gone! I remember the day you started, and the time you were leading up to starting and now you are already on your 810 week.
You have done so well hon try not be disheartned that you stayed the same but it does take time to for your body to adjust on each step.
It will come off on 810 and it will come off as you go up the stages obviously as you get closer to your goal it will start coming off slower.
Chin up hon your doing great x

Good advice here about 810 plan and the disappointment of inexplicably not getting a loss.
Keep to the 810 and you will be rewarded x
