I have no income of my own atm and so can't pay to join WW. I weigh around 10st and my goal weight is 9st :)

How many propoints should I allocate myself per day? I heard the 'norm' is 29pp, and the minimum is 26pp, at the moment I've been sticking to 26pp (without feeling hungry!) and having a 21pp weekly allowance (for treats!) which would be the same as having 29pp without using the weeklies! Is this too low considering I do exercise and probably earn 'activity' points?

I'd like to think i'm quite "in control" and don't need to save weeklies for binge eating as i'm quite happy to snack on pointless fruit/veg if i feel peckish and I don't drink so won't need it for alcohol.
