so i went away for the weekend and tried my best to stay on plan but i couldnt, i gave in to carbs and now im back on my low carb plan day 1 and im craving carbs like mad, im sort of having a detox week to clear my system free of carbs but i feel like giving in. ive drank 2.5 litres of water today and even fell asleep because i'm having dizzy spells and bad headaches:sigh:
does anyone have any other options as to what i can do to stop this from happening as im back at work tomorrow?
