Damn work up and feeling light headed, remember having these on lipotrim. Really annoying as wanted to go cycling today :cry:

I get dizzy all the time some times a bit of protein or veg helps. It's a mix of low BP and heat making the veins and arteries larger causeing a rush. You could cycle just eat something before you go and take it slow
