dizzymoo's wieght loss

hi all im new to this site and dont know were to start, i joined sw 3 weeks ago, i have 2 1/2 stone to lose (well thought i would see what i look like at 10 stone and maybe re-set my target wieght to 9. 1/2 stone)
starting wieght 12st 7lb :(
1st weigh in 12st 4lb -3lbs:)
2nd weigh in 12st 0lbs -4lbs:)
3rd weigh in 11st 12.5lbs 1.5lbs:(
