    Hi all,

Im hoping to restart lipotrim tomorrow, have sachets left over from my last attempt to restart a few weeks ago. Really want to lose the weight for Christmas, can I do it? Ive gotten from 15st 4 to 10st 2 in the past year and have put on about 2 stone bringing me to 12st 1. I'll be logging in here for support, hope your all doing well. Wish me luck

If you stick with it, it is possible you could have your two stone off for Christmas which would be a lovely present to yourself:)

Wishing you all the best with your new start on LT.

Thanks Katie and Mini, im thinking of delaying my start until Saturday now as I've a family meal on friday. Hoping I can do it this time, its so tough, especially when its so cold outside, plus eating really is a past time for me.

Good luck Ava of coarse you can stick with it you just need to stay focused on why you are doing this and keep telling yourselve its only for a few weeks / months. Well done on doing so well the last time. Start sat but dont allow yourself anymore excuses! Go to the chemist before you start even if you have sachets so you can track your total weight loss as this will spur you on :) check in here for support we are all rooting for you x
