do i need just shakes/soups now until i get into ketosis?

i messed up yesterday, i am ashamed to say, but i am over it and back on track. but when you first start ll you are only allowed shakes, to get into fat burning mode, so you think i need to go back to just having shakes/soups and leave out the bars for a few days? i am confused, i have phoned my llc. but am waiting for her to rtn my call.
