    After a few indiscretions this last week I was dreading my weigh-in no. 2 this morning- especially as my own scales showed NO losses from last week when I weighed this morning!

    I'm just back from the pharmacy and I'm officially 4lbs down from last week!!!:D:D:D
    3lbs to lose for my first stone loss,and motivated for another week!!!.....:p

    I was and still am a serial weigher, every morning as soon as I wake up lol

    Congratulations, hun. Keep it up to keep it off. I personally wont use my scales until I finish refeeding (not there yet!!!), then I will probably weigh myself daily then!!!!

    Well done, 4lbs is a great loss. I seem to average that a week and am really pleased about that. You will get your stone next week if you are good and keep glugging that water. Good luck!

    I'd be over the moon with an average 3-4lbs weekly loss? Any less & I'd feel a little cheated (because it's so severe)? Does that make sense?
    How the heck did you lose 8lb in wk 12!?!? Did you do anything different that week?
