Do you add anything??

Hi folks, was just wondering if any of you add anything else to your shakes? I firstly use 1/2 semi sk milk and 1/2 water then I add a tblsp of 0% fat free greek yogurt, it has a good protein content and it makes the shake really creamy, I drink the vanilla powder shakes, I factor the extra calories in.
 
Mmm I may try that! I occasionally add some fibre sure :0) x
 
Nice, I am only having 1 shake a day, for breakfast, thats the time i need something lol not doing it strictly to the letter but as using it as a crutch atm :) x
