Yeah well I think the idea is you're meant use all your points in order to ensure optimum weight loss, and the min you should be under is 4. So I do everything I can to make sure all mine are used. If I go under by a few I have been banking them (literally 1/2) so I have a few extra for the weekend.
Yeah, me too - as Ive just replied on the weekend thread I do my very best to try save a few during the week (which kills me to do!!! Id rather use them all!!!) because I find the weekend so, so hard (plus I HAVE to have my Dominos pizza every Friday night and have to save for it)
Finding it hard not to use them all at the min though, cos Im on 20 a day now so If I save 4 Ive only 16 for the day!!!
I seem to be a bit silly about this, my weigh in is a Saturday and then I have a treat or 3, and then feel guilty through the week and save about 4 a day. This saturday I'm aiming to have 1 treat and be good through day so I can have more to eat through the week.
