does anyone exercise on ss??

Me! If you are used to exercise then it's fine to continue at a lower intensity but of you are just going to start something wait another week so you've got 2 weeks ss under your belt and are used to the body's change in fuel source (carbs to fat)!
Thanks for your help! .. I might try it! I'm not completely unfit I can manage an hour or so but my problem is that I exercise 4 or 5 times a week it for a month and do nothing for the next 3!! So ill see how it goes! And thanks. For the tip about weights I have some I can use x
