I use one every day for forty minutes and i can safely say that its working. i used it for two weeks but i wasnt on a diet so it didnt make much difference. but now im on weight watchers i really can see my abs starting to show.
Its a pricey investment, but i personally think its worth it. They're also half price at the moment.

Im thinking of maybe buying one later down my weight loss line to help firm up whats left. Will have to see.
