Does being in keto mean your losing weight even though you're having about 600kcal?

Hi,

Sorry for the long title.
I hav'nt been feeling too well this week, think I have cought something from the kids:-(

So instead of 100% ss, I have been having 2 shakes and a chicken salad, think it's around 550kcal.

My questions are, I'm still in keto:) , so Im burning fat, but does the increase in kcals (even though it is still VLC) effect the loss? and if so how?

hey hun

you really should be having 3 shakes a day and the chicken salad, as this is then ss+ by just having the 2 shakes you are not getting all the nutrients and vitamins for the day. ss+ still has similar losses to ss:)
 
yeah defo have all your shakes, you need what's in them

I was ill last week and had my 3 shakes and a chicken/prawn salad/veg and I still lost 4lb last week

just make sure your salad has loads of good stuff in it and no fattening dressings hon - you dont want to sabotage all your good work.
