Hi guys, ive now been on this diet for a while and feel like im never going to reach a size 12.
I started at 17.8lb and im now weighing in at 11 stone so i know ive done great but i just dont know how much i can keep this up.My goal is a size 12 im now in a 14 trousers but 16 jeans.I want to be a 12 jeans so that would make me a 10 in trousers.I know ive not got much more to go but its just soooo hard.

You are marvellous you know, 11 stone is great! How do you look? I would not pay any attention at all to what the labels in your clothes say, I've got every size ever made in my wardrobe!

Cut the labels out and do what your body tells you!

I think it's only natural to feel the way you do when you've been on it so long. Maybe you need a bit of a change to give you a boost - some peeps on here have defected to the Cambridge Diet for more variety.

Either way, you're doing brilliantly - keep it up!

Thanks! I'm like a new woman, I didn't have an awful lot to lose but what I have lost has made a huge difference to the way I look and feel. I've eased off a bit to be honest and have gone onto a bit of an unofficial re-feed (which causes uproar on here so I won't go into detail). I still lost 5lb last week, don't expect that much this week but I'm happy to deflate at the rate of a pound a week. I'm not desperate to lose another stone, but I'd like to and I'm aiming for half a stone over the next 4 weeks. Then I'll see how I feel.

sod the labels seriously i am now a size 18 top and bottom in the majority of shops but go in some shops and im anything up to a size 22!! its how it fits and how it feels on that matters
I had to give up LT due to health reasons but i reached a goal of getting into primarni! which i would never have done pre LT. Just stick at it and keep going you cant have long till you reach the top of your healthy target range its up to you how far you want to go into it then.

I struggle when I think about doing this for 13 weeks so I try to focus on the "just for today" kinda thing and sort of say to myself well just get through today every day lol I know I am only moving through week 4 but never thought I could go that long without food...size wise and BMI wise I am just going to go with what seems to look right on me in the end.

You have done SO well 6 st 8lbs is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
I have to admit I do know what you mean about sizes .... I have lost 3st 7lb's so far. I am really pleased with my weight loss but it doesn't seem to be showing in my clothes size as I am size 16/18 top and 18 trousers/jeans. I started at size 20 so even though I know I have done well loosing what I have I cant help feeling a bit disappointed sometimes that it doesnt really show in my dress size!!

Hi hun, I have lost a lot as well altho not as much as you have, well done its awesome. I must admit although I have kept at it 100% and am determined to get to target before Xmas I have been thinking about food more than I have for ages. I think I have just got a bit bored.

I am planning on sticking with Lipotrim but if I do start finding things really difficult and need a refresh then I will consider CD as Peggy suggested, rather than coming of altogether. What is your target weight?

Hi you sound like you have the same plan as me ie weight loss I too am down to 11 st but have went out and bought myself my first pair of size 12 skinny jeans and they fit so I guess it goes by different body types ut I do not think it will be much longer til you reach your goal size.

my plan is next week start 2 shakes and a light meal I do not want to lose the last stone too quickly.

good luck xxxx

just avoid H&M... i've tried on their fatty stuff when i was a 22/24 (in Evans) and had to pick up a 30 before it even went 'round me... needless to say, i didn't buy anything.
