Does the weather effect your eating?

I was just wondering if the weather effects what you eat.
On a Friday evening I usually have a couple of glasses of wine ( using syns I`ve saved up) but last night cos of the weather I just had Hot Chocolate, SW Ferror Rocher and went to bed to read my kindle.
Got up this morning feeling really pleased with myself for not having my wine, but i know if it had of been a nice sunny, warm evening then I would have been in he garden sipping away ha ha

Totally agree with you there! Warm days and nights = wine! Cold wet days = chocolate n (syn free) chips ha ha

The weather def effects my eating, I eat a lot more when its cold, but luckily there is a lot of slimming world comfort food. In summer I def crave shandy's (luckily my boyfriend bought me some alcohol free beer 3.5 syns for a can and makes 2 shandys) but I eat less

in the winter it does i need comfort food i slim better in the summer
