I know weight watchers isn't calorie counting, but I was just curious to how many calories I was having a day and I have only had 1126 today and that's with 0pp fruit and veg this doesn't seem like alot and that's with all of my 31pp Xox
 
It's approximately 40cal to every propoint x
 
it depends a lot on what kind of food you have. I normally have between 1300 to 1500 calories and I range between 3 and 32pp per day with that amount. I use Sparkpeople to check my calorie intake and their diary also works out your protein, carbs, fat and fibre for you and gives you guidelines that are similar to the WW points. I like it because I keep control of also my fruit and veg intake. it is funny because sometimes i can have 23pp but have had all of the right nutrients and sometimes I can have 30pp and still missing some fibre or some fat... it depends on how much low fat or fruit and veg I eat... ;)
