It fed up with too many shakes so replaced one of my shakes with lentil soup an slice of bread same calorific value prob less fat and sat fat. Anyone done this? X
 
Nothing wrong with mixing things up a bit! I think the thing with the shakes is that they're nutritionally complete as a meal but i'm sure you can use them as part of a calorie controlled diet rather than strictly 2 a day plus dinner and snacks :)
