Dog names help

I have been given the lovely job of naming a puppy, he is male and nearly 8 weeks old, german shepherd.
He needs a strong short name and the only one I can think of is Mak.
Any ideas from you lovely peeps., will post a pic if I can get one

Our friends had a GS called Tequila - not very manly that one!!!

sister in law got a shepherd called grumpy (or grumps for short) and mu aunts two are robbie and guiness (as in dark stuff with white froffy head!!!)
