D'oh - worst week yet weight-loss wise.

    My 8th week, and I have 1 more day left til the end of the CD week and I have only lost 1 lb this week :eek:. My weight keeps going up and down at the moment. Driving me mad ... Hope it doesnt stop me from getting to my goal.

    Don't lose heart yet! A pound off is far better than a pound on. Do you go by your CDC's scales? I only ask because a couple of weeks ago my scales stayed the same all week but I'd lost a huge 7lbs on my CDC's scales and I can't explain it. The inches will be coming off anyway. Good luck for your weigh in.

    I go by my scales...they tend to give me better losses than my CDC's. hehehe. Well normally they do anyway.

    I notice the week after you sts you lost 8 pounds? surely that must mean ure bodies just catching up type thing, u wait, next weeks will b wicked. x x x x x

    you have had brilliant losses so far, perhaps your body is just having a catch up - mine does this as you can see in my figures. are you measuring inch loss too ?

    dont worry paul if your sticking to it you will def be loosing something. all scales are different. I go by my own although my cdc's are always the same as mine!

    Check your measurements, Paul. I'm guessing you're losing size rather than weight this week.

    I've had the same problem this week. ZERO weight loss but have lost an inch on my waist which I'm telling myself this is a good thing!

    Start weight 18st 12lbs
    Week 1 - 9lbs lost
    Week 2 - 4lbs lost
    Week 3 - 4lbs lost
    Week 4 - 4lbs lost
    Week 5 - 5lbs lost AAMW
    Week 6 - 3lbs lost
    Week 7 - 4lbs lost
    Week 8 - 7lbs lost - Woo hoo!
    Week 9 - 3lbs lost
    Week 10 - ZERO!!!!!!! Boooo!!! But a total of 6.5inches of my waist now!

    Well, Ive weighed myself this morning and overall this week - 3 lbs gone (which isnt bad) but the great news is that means I have lost a total of 3 stone :D:D:D.
