hi just wonderd how u guys manage to plot ur weight losses each week so we can see it,i have managed to put a ticker on but most of you have a seperate list below the ticker which charts ur losses each,many thanks

It's in the signature, but you have to have posted 50 times (I think) on the forum, before your signature gets bigger.
