Keeping Daily notes of what I eat has I always forget to fill in the diary sheets

First real day started the plan 100% as been finishing off all naughty food from xmas
1st weigh in mon 7 th jan, so not expecting a loss or big loss till next week.

Sun 6th jan 2013
breakfast. Prawn, broccoli, chilli, dill, ginger, soy sauce, spring onion, garlic, fry light, 2 egg omelette plus one cup tea.

lunch sirloin steak fried in cola and teriyaki sauce with ginger, chilli on bed salad was lovely.

dinner 2 chicken thighs stewed with Moroccan spices and vegs, delicious
And one apple.
