Well this is my 2nd attempt my first lasted a week I am that rubbish!

I currently weigh 12st 2lbs, I would love to lost 31lbs in total but I am going to set my first mini goal.

Mini Goal 1 - 11st 2lbs

I hope to achieve this by Christmas

Ok sooooooooooo today I have had.

Aplen Light x2 (HEB), Muller Light Vanilla Choc Sprinkles, Apple (1/3 SF)

Tesco Sushi - 1.5 syns
4 Finger Kit Kat - 11.5 syns

Savoury Rice Mild Curry, Side Salad (1/3 SF)

Mug Shot Sweet & Sour
Noodle Pot Shot Curry

2 egg & bacon omelette

3 bottles water & 3 cups of tea with sweetener & milk (HEA)

OMG thats loads no wonder I'm a chunk haha

Hi Dolly, are you following extra easy? If so, you should either have superfree as snacks, or top up those snacks with superfree... looks more like a green day that you need to syn or HEB the bacon in your omelette, not sure why type of sushi, so don't know syns if on green

Well another day down - you'll see quite quickly I'm a creature of habit always eating the same things during the week partly cos I work stupid shifts aswell which means I'm in work from 10.30am till 9pm 4 days a week - grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Right so I have quickly gathered that I suck at this daily update haha

Good new tho I lost 3lbs this week!

Bad news tho I rewarded myself with FOOD again grrrrrrrrrrr

I need to try & get out of that habit but at least if I'm only doin it 1 day a week rather than 7 days thats got to be a start eh?

Ooooh just worked out how to get my wee stats down the side - love it!! that should help with my encouragement I need those numbers to go DOWN!!

Thanks hon - really loving SW just hope I can keep it up & have a loss each week!!

As you can see I suck at this daily food thing I have been tracking on the sheets but I keep leaving them at work so dont fill it in on here

Cant wait to see the lb's go downnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
