so after many failed attempts i keep coming back lol so must really want to do this just keep thinking of the reasons to do this :D got 7 stone to lose :cry:so one day at a time 1 pound at a time
Decided im going to half my shakes so its like 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large ones and plenty of water :jelous:
so
DAY 1
had my 1st shake at 8 am not usually hungry at this time but my head knows im not eating so its pushing its luck lol
2nd at 11am taking this hour by hour lol know if i can do day 1 i wont give up because i hate wasting my time.
shake 3 at 2 pm not too bad a little light headed but not bad hands are freezing but i can go to bed in another 8 hours lol
