Don't cheat (mentions food)

    I went to a party last wednesday and ate, and, of course, got the taste for it! I've nibbled every day since, its made it 110% harder:sigh: I even ate chinese yeasterday. Its so much harder if you cheat. Yes I'm still having a week off when Im on holiday, but Im scared how hard it'll be to get back on the wagon!

    I think I've mentioned this in few posts now, so sorry if I sound like a broken record!
    I ate last week for my Hubby's 40th bday and totally regretted it monday morning when I was getting back on to ss. It was like the first week all over again! But we are human and I've learnt by my mistake. The first few days will be hard but will get back into it in no time! xx

    Yes I know exactly what you mean. Last time i tried CD I really sabotaged myself by nibbling and having days off. Once you start with that kind of thing, so hard to get back to it. I decided to stick to it 100%, but have a holiday at the end of the month. so will eat and I bet I find it really hard to get back to it.

    I'm dreading my WI tomorrow, Im so close, but yet so far to my 1st target!
