I'm trying a green day today
so far i've had:

Breakfast:
Sainsburys bran (hex b) with 150ml skimmed milk (hex a-rest made up in cups of tea!) with some sweetener and chopped banana and raspberries- with an apple

Break: Walkers french fries and a banana

Lunch: Coucous salad with peppers, spring onions and lettece. Had with melon, satsuma and a muller light yogurt

- and now i'm home; had a relook at the plan and i am even more confused! I have 2 hex's of each a day?! How on earth can i fit them in???!!!!!

I'm now planning to have a jacket potatoe- i could have it with tuna which would be another hex b; but how can i fit in the other hex a?! - have some more 350ml of skimmed milk?!

Argh- or should i just make this an extra easy day. I hate this diet

You only need to have one hexa so I wouldn't worry too much about that one but on green you should have a second hexb. Have some meat or some wholemeal toast or nuts or oil?

No hun -

On Green AND original (red) it is the same:

1 OR 2 healthy extra A (milk/cheese choice) and
2 healthy extra B's

On Extra Easy

1 A choice and
1 B choice

Think of it as:

Red days (sometimes called original) - mainly meat (think of steak or mince as red and you will remember)

Green days - mainly vegi (potato and pasta days)

Easy days - mixture of meat and veg together days
