I have been back on ss 100% for 3 weeks, and i had the weekend off :mad:

dont know why i did it, didnt enjoy abit of food i had ! ok excpet my sunday dinner!!

well its all done now.. so back on ss again today! and if i cheat like this again i am stopping!:eek: have had it now! to expensive to cheat!! :eek:

i am not going to weigh till wednsday (sts last week :() could not bare to see a gain!

sorry for rant, feel better for sharing :)

Don't beat yourself up about it. Didn't you just do SS+ for a bit? I see you've lost another 6lbs- maybe you'd be more suited to that for a little while :)

started ss+ last sunday sts on wi wed!

this is my last try too becky, i have gained 7 pound over the weekend! WTF i wish i never buddy weighed!!

fingers crossed will go by wed! glugging as we speak! :D

I had a great few days wed-sat night and the scales finally moved. On my own sat night so had crisps and a few voddies. Back on track yest then went to family bbq. Wasnt going to eat but would have been noticably rude not too (old fashioned in laws wouldnt understand) so tried to stick to proteins but had bit of pasta salad and cous cous salad. Had a few voddies after i got home. Going to weigh in at 11.30 today so dreading what the scales will say.
Feeling back on track today but like you and becky this is the last time. I'm into my last stone to lose and i'm now feeling the money could be better spent (we never have much to spare for treats etc). So girlies lets give it one last shot. For me, doing the 1 day at a time challenge has helped me break it down into manageable chunks.

Sorry to hear you're feeling down about it Amethyst but it's done now. You know you're back on track, you know you can do this, you have come so far already and the money you have spent it would be like chucking it in the bin.

Please hang in there, and Becky and Fat2thin.....you can all do it. Just repeat the reasons why you want to lose this darned weight and I'm sure you'll do great!!! :D

Know how u feel girlies im back on track just about day 1 yesterday no cheats nothing felt crap checked for ketosis this morning and in it already so thats boosted me a bit xxxx
