downfall breakfasts....

I love hot breakfasts and this seems to give me s bad start to the day. Lack of choice for healthy breakfasts causes me to fail my diet before lunch!
Any ideas?
 
Egg white omelete. (7 Eggs with vegtables)> 300 Calories
turkey rasher,Mushrooms,Tomatto,Weight watchers baked beans, 1 slice of Wholemeal toast > 350 Calories
50g of oatmeal with 50 blueberries > 290-330 calories
Egg white salad (6 eggs) >150 calories
Supermarket fruit pot & Weightwatchers yogurt >150 calories

Just some ideas but use you're imagination and you should find low cal filling good stuff for mornings :)



PS. Look around diffrent peoples diarys for an idea of what others have for breakfast might give you some ideas
 
Onken fat free natural yoghurt (around 70 cals a serving) with a low calorie breakfast bar something like Special K berries is great and under 100 calories broken up and mixed with the yoghurt, try adding some fruit such as a peach cut up into chunks to make the breakfast more filling.

or

Milkroll bread (47 cals a slice) or danish bread (70 cals a slice) with one poached egg and some tomatoes, peppers and onions fried with fry light makes a great healthy and filling breakfast.
