    hi every1, been looking over a few menus and have made a draft 1, will prob change it a few times before refeed time but heres goes. pls let me know if anything is wrong.

    MENU

    Day 1
    breakfast - LTS
    lunch - LTS
    dinner – chicken breast with side salad

    Day 2
    breakfast - LTS
    lunch – prawn salad
    dinner – chicken breast and 2 tablespoons of veg


    Day 3
    breakfast - LTS
    lunch – chicken salad
    dinner – jacket potato with lf ff and salad
    Snack - fruit

    Day 4
    breakfast - LTS
    lunch – ham, cucumber & onion sandwich
    dinner – fish & 6 new potatoes
    snack – fruit

    Day 5
    breakfast -LTS
    lunch – boiled egg salad
    dinner – tanyas curry with rice (sounds yummy)
    snack – fruit

    Day 6
    breakfast - LTS
    lunch – prawn salad
    dinner – chicken and rice
    snack – fruit

    Day 7
    breakfast - LTS
    lunch – banana sandwich (takes me back to being a child.lol)
    dinner – spag bowl, low fat sauce
    snack - fruit

    Hi Jenny
    Looks ok to me; just ensure your bread is wholemeal or a wrap and not white. I know you have said but just thought I would mention.

    Good luck when it comes....at least you are preparing and that is the main thing when you are refeeding, oh, and consquently when maintaining too :)

    thx scotsmist. sure wholemeal will taste good after not having a sandwich for so long. couldnt stand it before LT so we'll c.

    Believe me, everything seems to taste delicious after LT :)!!!

    Looks ok although like iris said be sure bread/wraps/rice/pastas etc are wholemeal.

    I would also leave the prawns untill after day 3 and maybe have a little tuna or some form of protein with your jacket spud on day 3.

    thanks tanya, have changed it slightly. cant stand tuna so added chicken to spud instead.
