Ok, so, what is the best ways to sort out bad breath? Good old ketosis doesn't do much for fine fragrances!

Are we allowed sugarfree chewing gum?

Seem to recall something about sprays/strips only... but its been nearly ten years since I did Atkins properly and all my books are boxed up in a warehouse!

Help!

SD xx

I use Airwaves gum, hun - not sure if it's sugar free but only use a bit so figure that's better than the furry tongue/metallic taste :)

I use Gold Spot breath freshener sprays, I remember reading somewhere that they're one of the few sprays that don't contain citric acid.

I use gold spot too, as chewing gum gives me heartburn, as it gets the gastric juices flowing and can also make you hungry. Avoid gum if you can SD x
