i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !

have had really bad stomach cramps all weekend and my stomach feels like its about to explode am feeling c*ap. wi on tue and hope it will not show a gain as i have stuck to plan and used my syns. am finding it tough enough as it is to lose the last stone. everytime i have good losses it all goes haywire on * week maybe i am worrying over nothing but cant help it . :cry:

I am sorry that you are feeling unwell.
Don't worry about WI. You may lose, and if you do, well done. If not, don't worry it will come off soon.
You are right, the last stone is hardest to loose. I have done it before, and will do it again.

I know how your feeling!!! I'm so bloated right now I could pop and my WI is tomorrow!!! I'm fearing a gain although like you I've been good all week. Good luck hun, try to "de-bloat" before WI :D. Try some herbal tea and make sure your getting enough water.

I agree with Scouzer on the water front. Even though you are bloated, there is nothing better for clearing you out then water. Try and avoid fizzy drinks and teas and coffees for a little while and you will feel fine in no time. Good luck with weigh in and Im sure you ill be fine Hun.

definately keep going with the water, if it doesnt work this week, it will pay off next week if you stick to plan. Sometimes I just struggle the same and have to be determined to stay on plan.
You'll be ok.
