    Well hello again

Day 1 is nearly over and I have been absolutly fine. In fact I still have 1 to go and am not hungry (but I will make sure I have it)

Anyway what I was wandering is, my clothes size now is a 22:eek:, what is a realistic goal. I would love to be a 14 but am I being to ambitious here??

I know we are all different but is 4 dress sizes too much to ask for?

I have gone down 7 dress sizes in 7 months so it is realistic .what isnt is been able to refill my wardrobe with all the lush clothes there is for me to buy ,I never know which item of clothing to buy next .So you go get that size 14 but start saving now xxx

I am a 22 too, my aim is to fit into the suit I got married in, it's a size 16. Ideally I'd love to go one further and get to a 14 but I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. I weighed in a stone heavier than you at my wi on Monday, but am fairly tall so that affects your sizes too.
At a size 16 I was weighing between 11.5 and 12 stone and was happy.

    I started at a size 22/24 bottom and a size 26/28 top
Six months later and I am a loose 14/tight 12 bottom and a 12 top!
Stay motivated and stay on plan!!! and you could easily be a size 10/12 by Christmas.
    Good Luck

delilah, it took me about 3 1/2 - 4 months but i did mess up a little in the middle

stick to the plan, cambridge says you can lose a stone a month ( very achievable ) so as long as you stick to it you will do well

I think that is realistic. I'm aiming for a 10, I was an 8 before I had kids but even if I get to the same weight I'm going to have excess skin on my tummy so won't be able to squeeze into a size 8.

Girls you are all very inspirational! I get this from your posts and well done to some of you on such huge losses.

I lost not on CD but Calorie counting, 30 kilos over 4/5 years. I have managed to keep all but 7 of these off and I've started to chip away a couple of those already with a diet called Cohen's.

I think a size 14 is very achievable for you and agree with the previous post that sticking to the plan does get you those results. If you find a diet which works for you and the weight shifts stick with it! You have all given me some motivation to really stick with my plan and loose my last few kilos I think i have about 5 to go. Hoping in 2 weeks that will be 3!

Best of luck everyone and thanks.

Also I'm 5ft7 and aiming for around 65 kilos. Not sure on this in stones? This makes me a size 10/12.

As far as weight loss goes I think we should aim for the stars but be happy if we land on a cloud.

I am a size 18-20 (a 20 if I'm honest) and I want to go down to a size 10-12. I think it very much depends on your body shape and where you lose the weight from.

I think you will know when to stop.

Good Luck, you are one day down and it's all go from here!

I was a 24-26 7 months ago and now am a loose fitting 16 and want to be a size 10. I would love to be an 8 but will see how I go with size 10-12 first!
You can do it, you just have to keep at it and you will get there- don't worry too much about the speed, as long as you get there- that's the main thing! 14 is definitely reasonable and will probably put you in a healthy weight bracket so all good!
    Good luck!

I agree with all the ladies and say go for it! I started at a big size 16, after 3 and half months (with basically all of March off the diet) I'm now a size 12. I'm hoping to be a 10-12! I've got huge boobs so I will never fit into anything smaller :p

I am the same, so really wanting an 8 on the bottom and 10-12 on the top in an ideal world! I am quite lucky so far as my boobs have not lost much at all and am still a GG cup. My friends keep laughing at me saying I'm gonna look like Jordan with huge boobs and tiuny everything else- the hope is there!!!

Haha sure is! My boobs haven't changed either, still an F. I'd be happy at a size 10. I'm 5ft8 and if I hit 9st I think I'd look sick :p
