So we're now all experts at food optimising, but how well are we doing with our fluid intake?
I for one personally feel that unless peeing is annoying- you wake to use the toilet 3 times in the night, your colleagues think you have a problem because you're in the loo every 10 mins- then you're probably not drinking enough to warrant help with weight loss. (I'm no doctor).
Water is good- cleans you out, the more you drink the less you retain and thirst can sometimes be confused with hunger.
So I plan to record my drinkage for a week just to make sure I am having enough. How much is enough?- I do not know.
I'm just recording it though.
