I had two pints of water this morning and now I am slowly getting through a litre bottle that I have got at work. Please now stop talking about peeing. I'm ok then as soon as I think about the amount of water I have consumed and how much I have got to go I need one LOL.

Off to pee now AGAIN for the 1000th time today. Who's stupid idea was this anyway???????

Thats how i feel, i told my mum i can TOTALLY see where the whole water to lose weight comes in. You spend SO much time on the loo peeing that you dont have any time left to eat

Well done Sandy, I must admit that the water side of things has slipped somewhat due to my binge, have had 2 pints so far today though.

I bought a couple of 1 litre bottles today, sometimes that big 2 litre bottle seems never ending, I think psychologically 2 little bottles will be easier
