When did you drop a dress size?
Zoesastar Silver Member 27 August 2013 #2 The theory is after 10lbs but i think its closer to a full stone. At my most I weighed 14stone and was a size 18 and even at 10stone Im not yet a perfect 10. I think it depends on your body shape etc!
