hi when do i know to drop pp in on 32 a day just now i have already lost a stone but not sure when to drop points. thanks.

Hi i started on 33 points a day and weighed over 15 stone at my weigh in my loss made me under 15 so my points have been reduced to 32. Im not sure how the daily allowance is calculated cos my class leader told me the figure but hopefully this may help!!

You drop every 7lbs so you probably need to be down at least 2. That calc is v handy. x
