Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do with duck legs?? I bought them yesterday and although I love duck I have never cooked it myself. Thanks in advance x
You could just simply roast them and serve with gravy pots etc or alternatively I tend to roast in some orange sugar free cordial with 2tbsp sweet chilly sauce (after removing skin so Syn free) then serve with the sauce on noodles with some stir fried SF veg it's a scrummy easy meal
