That is thin, but I suppose for your height that's would be ok for a healthy BMI. I'm 5"2 and would love to get down to 8"7 for my wedding next year - Currently 9"9.

Any tips? x

just stay on plan , it does work ,
Mind you 10 years is a long time !!!
Im aiming for 8 st 7 too as my intial target .
I will see how i feel once i get to that level before deciding to drop the target to a lower weight
im also 47 which may mean me not being able to do it ??

Don't ever think that your age will stop you losing the weight you want to lose. It works slightly against you, and it may take a bit longer than it did when you were younger, but you can always do it.

Just remember that not everything is as *ahem* firm, and you might look nicer with a little bit of meat on your bones :p

I must admit i do prefer SW as it is now ,
much more emphais on fruit and veg
one of my fave meals in the olden days :D
was a jacket potato with a can of macaroni cheese and parsnips and brocoli !!
carb overload !!!:D

I did SW about 8 years ago too, and didn't get on with all the processed food allowed. I much prefer the plan as it stands now (although I lost weight a lot more quickly on it last time, even though I had a desk job and now I run around after 2 little kids...)
