family crisis over and back on the wagon. I only put on one pound in the 2 weeks i was away which was a miracal given the bread and pizza i have eaten. I have started a new diary as i have modified the diet and i am not doing a strict dukan anymore, the attack phase i had no problem with but the alternate days were not for me, so i am now doing a cross between dukan and south beach, i will still have one pp day per week, but since restarting on monday i have been doing dukan breakfast and lunch and south beach at dinner, i am not advocating this for anyone else this works for me but may not for someone else, i have lost 4lbs since re starting on monday.

breakfast natural yoghurt
lunch dukan bread spread with homemade garlic and herb cheese
dinner chicken breast and salad no dressing glass of wine

tuesday
breakfast natural yoghurt with sugar free maple syrup
lunch dukan bread with homemade garlic and herb cheese i slice of ham
dinner steak and salad no dressing 4 strawberries with a teasp low fat creme fraiche

wednesday
breakfast as tuesday
lunch as tuesday
dinner homemade chilli salad dessert as yesterday

thursday
breakfast as above
lunch dukan bread with leftover chili
dinner chicken butternut squash green beans and carrots dessert sugarfree jelly
