DVD night with no goodies....lol

For the FIRST time since i started the diet i stayed up late last night and watched a film. Ive not done it before now incase i caved and ate goodies lol. BUT i was up til 1am watching "my sisters keeper"...cried my eyes out all the way thru it haha! Had a can of diet coke and munched on some flavoured water ice cubes (sad but it works lol).......yay for willpower

well done mandy , i know how difficult it can be when before you would eat with the film so its the rite step forward that you watched the film without eating , Its important that you still do the same things you did before because this could be a downfall in the future . Im still trying tio be normal with this diet even though there are times i find it difficult i.e socialising.

Well done babystar :) What do you flavour the icecubes with? I need to get something in the house I think that won't be as bad as properly cheating. I use the under 10cal jellies at the moment, but they make me crave food.

Thanks dreamer/rose. I use Sainsburys sparkling water (strawberry and kiwi flavour) and just freeze some in moulds. Not technically allowed but this flavour doesnt bring you out of ketosis and it has no fat,and only like 3 calories per bottle....so i drink quite a bit of it too x

Good tip Mandy, I might get some myself next time I do a shop. I notice you're just over the water in Fife :) I'm in Dundee. Although just for the next few months. Nobody seems to have heard of Exante here (although some people are on CD I think)

Aw cool Dundee isnt far from me at all :D Im there most sundays at the swimming pool!

Yeah same over here....no-one has heard of it that ive mentioned it too...but Cambridge diet is popular here at the minute!

I went to the pictures on Friday for my birthday and took my meal bar as my snack/tea to eat in there!

Am going to a preview of The A Team tomorrow, so will probably do the same thing. Just need to remember to have soup for lunch!

Thats what i used to do Lady but ive stopped the bars for the most bar cos i get so bloated on them :( Wish there was an altenative.....but fr me its just soups n shakes :)
