I am sick and tired of this. I have stalled for 2 weeks now, and I'm finally decided to pull the trigger and do an extreme diet.

I am going to be eating an absurdly low amount of calories. I don't care if I lose muscle at this point. I want this fat to go and fast, so I can start bulking again.

This is my plan:

9 PSMF 159.0 9/4/2016
9 PSMF 157.0 9/10/2016 (saturday and sunday will be refeed days)
