    Thanks Kernow... been for a 30 min power walk uphill on treadmill today but am also going for a walk around the lakes later on today when the OH finished work!

    I've had a walk around the park this morning and then took my dog for a walk an hour ago, im defo buying a pedometer from class tomorrow. Anyone how much they are from class, i know they are £19 on the ww site?

    I can't remember what they cost in class, but I got mine for about £4.50 off ebay. It was my lucky day lol .

    Well done on the walking, I found having a pedometer helped me because you can set yourself goals to keep you motivated:)
