So I started LT on Tuesday and thought I would have a half way weighin today and I have lost 13lbs in 3.5 days! loving it!! offical weigh in on Monday will keep everyone up to date! thanks for all the support too!

so turns out i lost 12.5lbs... oh well! still pretty happy!

'Lost 12.5lbs' and 'oh well' in the same sentence! You should be over the moon with that as it's an awful lot of weight to drop in a week. Pat yourself on the back and get looking towards another great loss next week.
