Anyone interested in joining me in an Easter challenge? I'm starting this Sunday 14th February and run through till Sunday 4th April (Easter Sunday) which is 7 weeks so plenty of time to lose a a bit of weight for the better weather and the longer days:greenapple:

Yay, completed the Valentine's Challenge and was thinking I'd better do another one to stay on track.

Well, I think the weight loss will slow down soon but I will aim for a healthy and hopefully doable 2lbs a week so a stone for me as well.

Hiya,
Wanting to join in with this if that's okay. I weigh in on a saturday, that will give me eight weigh ins before 4th April (I think if I calculated right), so I'm gonna go for 20lbs. I know it's quite ambitious but I wanna push myself to keep my losses up as is still quite early days for me.

Hey i will join :) My last main challenge really before i jet off to Maldives the 5th of May. I will prob do my own little challenge the 4 eeks after this ends to lose as much more and tone up the best i can... I will go for 7lb loss by Easter to take m to 9 stone. Very slo going now i have lost what i have but i will try gbest i can, more about toning for me aswell now!

Ok I completely bombed the last challenged and lost nothing but my Xmas gain :( so I am trying to come in on this one. At least I don't gain and if anything that is important too and perhaps these challenges remind me not to do that... so I am gonna put myself down for 14 lbs which I will be thrilled if I get that far xx

Hello everyone! Haven't posted for a while as I've been maintaining after reaching my original goal but have decided to TRY and drop another 7 - 10lbs. Whether I can do this or not though to be honest is debatable as I'm really enjoying my way of eating at the moment and the thought of cutting back again isn't nice! Doing a lot of exercise though and am aiming to run 3 miles most mornings over the coming weeks and this should hopefully help.

I've been looking in on the forum from time to time though and you're all doing great!

I have recently started calorie counting due to now being weighed once a week at my G.P surgery with HCA. First week was good lost 5 and a half pounds. Weigh in is thursday for me.
I am to lose 14lb by easter.

Its great to see some familiar faces from previous challenges. I done rubbish at most of them, but i'm really determined this time. I'm gonna go for a rough guess of 10lbs loss by Easter, but I may change it because i've just re-started this week, and i'm gonna see how good/bad I do in the first couple of weeks.

Hi everyone STS for me...went out for tea last night and saved a load of cals for it but i did go over as i could not resist chocolate cheesecake. Hopefully it wont mess me up and i lose next week though

Hi Everyone,

Is it ok if I weigh in on Monday?

Also - can anyone help me with Calorie Counting? If say for example you eat 1200 cals a day....if you went over that by say 30 or 50, would that be bad? If you work out what your gonna have in the day and its slightly over, would you have less or just count in the extra 30 cals?

Had a not so good start with a big valentines meal and a bad day on monday. But lost 2lb so far. Just booked a holiday for week before easter so am going to try and lose it by then. Won't have a bikini body but would be the lightest i have been for years so would be good. Am worried about spoiling any work on holiday, especially through drinking which i have pretty much stopped since christmas. Oh well hopefully i'll have lost 12lbs by then and can have a week off.
