Hey guys, new to this page, first post woo! Hoping you can all help me out, used to be an attending member of slimming world but it got too expensive to keep going to doing it on my own, so no longer have access to the app unfortunately.

Does anyone know the syn value of Cadbury's Easter eggs? Thanks!

You can use the 20 calories to 1 syn rule for chocolate.

Cadburys choc with my calculation is 0.26g to the syn.
So a small Easter egg @ 72g is about 19syns? (Though if you do it 20cal per syn then it's only 9.6)

Who knows! I just got a bar in the app and divided it down to per gram to be honest.

Ashurii 19 syns for the whole egg is correct. It's 192 calories per half an egg so 9.6 for half.
