EAT soup lunch

Could someone please tell me the syns in EAT soups in their "big" size :-

Chicken Pot Pie
Kcal - 413
protein - 20.2
fat - 21.1
carb - 36.6
fibre - 4.3

Free foods - chicken, onions, leeks, carrots, mushrooms


Fire Roasted red pepper & goats cheese:-
Kcal - 188
protein - 7.6
fat - 9.2
carb - 18.4
fibre - 3.6
 
Shop bought soups do not get a free food allowance so its a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories. By the way, just for future reference there is a syn values sub-forum where you can post questions about syn values rather than put them in the main forum where they may not get a reply :)
